From whichever warehouse is closest to you. US orders dispatch from a US warehouse and UK orders from a UK warehouse. Canadian orders ship from local stock where we hold it, and cross the border from the US where we don't. The product page tells you which applies before you buy.
United States: 3–7 business days standard, 2–4 expedited. United Kingdom: 3–6 working days. Canada: 4–8 business days on locally stocked lines, 7–12 on cross-border lines. Those are dispatch-to-door figures and they exclude the 1–2 business days we take to pack and hand over.
Because the US, Canada and the UK are three separate markets with three separate stock positions. A product can sit in a UK warehouse and not in a US one. Rather than quote one delivery promise across the whole store and miss it, we show the real route on each product page.
Free on orders over $60. Below that, standard shipping is $4.95 in the US and UK and $7.95 in Canada. Expedited options are priced at checkout before you pay.
No. UK prices include VAT and US prices include any applicable duty. On Canadian cross-border lines, duty and tax are calculated and charged at checkout, so nothing is collected from you on the doorstep.
You get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is scanned – usually within 48 hours of ordering. If a parcel goes quiet for more than five working days, email us and we'll chase the carrier ourselves rather than sending you to do it.
Deliberate choice. Unbranded power banks, mains chargers and app-dependent devices generate most of the faults, most of the warranty arguments and all of the certification questions in this category. Everything we sell is passive: nothing to charge, nothing to pair, nothing to update.
Yes. Lockdown works with any phone from 4.7" to 6.9", MagSafe or not. If your phone has no magnet array, use the steel ring plate in the box – it goes under your case and stays invisible.
They come off sealed and painted surfaces cleanly. On oiled or waxed wood, and on textured or wallpapered walls, use the clamp or screw fixings that ship in the same box – adhesive will not hold there and we'd rather say so than take the return.
Yes. It is moulded in UL94 V-0 fire-retardant ABS with ventilation on four sides and a raised floor. Don't put a charging power bank in it – no cable box is designed for cells under load, ours included.
No. Everything in the car range is universal fit. Model-specific parts create more wrong-fit returns than they prevent, so we don't list them.
30 days from delivery, unused and in the original packaging. Start it from your order confirmation email or the contact form and we'll send a return label.
We do, if the product is faulty, damaged in transit or not what was described. If you've changed your mind, return postage is yours and the refund covers the product price.
Send a photo through the contact form. Damaged-in-transit claims are replaced or refunded within one working day of the photo arriving – we don't ask you to post it back first.
Twelve months against manufacturing defects across the whole range. Wear from normal use isn't covered, and neither is adhesive that has been reused after removal.
We process it within two working days of the return arriving. Your bank then takes 3–5 working days, which is out of our hands but rarely longer.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never touch our servers.
Within two hours of ordering, yes – email us and we'll catch it before it's picked. After that it's usually already with the warehouse, and the returns process is the faster route.

Yes. Each kit is priced below the sum of its parts, and the saving is shown on the kit itself. Nothing in a kit is exclusive to it – you can always buy the pieces individually.
Checkout runs over TLS and payment is handled by the provider. We keep your email and address to fulfil the order and to contact you about it. We don't sell data and we don't pass it to anyone beyond the carrier and the payment provider.
